BOY!!!
You may have figured this out by looking at the pictures above that prove it! :o) Actually, when I put the CD of pictures in it I was a bit disappointed. I thought I would have all the pictures -- their were about 61 pictures taken today and I ended up with only 6...yes, 6! I think three of the six are showing that baby davis is in fact a boy. One is...I don't know what. One is kind of eerie....a 3-D image of baby davis' face which looks sort of skeletal and one picture of most of baby davis laying down....anyway you will see so I won't elaborate. Anyway, the technician said the baby looked healthy (of course they won't, and I can't blame them, guarantee 100% that your baby will be healthy at birth - but Dr. Baird said they can see problems almost always with the ultrasound) - so that is GREAT! So for now, I can put my energy into picking a suitable name for baby boy davis. Please feel free to pass along your suggestions, too. So, today is a good day. I was so nervous about today and I feel so at ease now. Now my parents will have an equal number of grandson's and granddaughter's -- which means that my sister Lauren's baby will tip the scale in either direction. :o) I haven't told Everett the news yet, but will blog when I tell him and get his reaction! And other little notes from today's visit include: The baby was breach -- no big deal until the last month, the baby meausred 19 weeks and 5 days along AND I have only gained 5 pounds -- which I was told is very Good! Yeah!! Enjoy the pictures!!
OH and FYI -- this baby boy has BIG feet...the ultrasound tech. remarked on his large feet...ha!Looks like I might get two boys with their daddy's fred flinstone feet! :o)
